Snowboarder Upper-Body Workout for Beginners
Boxers, 3 sets, 10 reps, 5 lbs
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows, 3 sets,15 reps, 15 lbs
Lateral Raises, 3 sets, 12 reps, 5 lbs
Tricep Lowers on Bench, 3 sets, 15 reps
Overhead Press, 3 sets, 8 reps

Also, today I will be participating in day 2, week 1 of the 100-day push-up challenge, which will include:
10 push-ups, 90-second rest
